Anju Arora will be conducting a Self Unfoldment study group in person at the Master’s School (in Westchester) on Sunday mornings.    To understand and appreciate Vedanta better, we begin with the introductory book of Self Unfoldment by Swami Chinmayananda. We often underestimate the study of any introductory book, because we are familiar with a lot of the terms due to our background. It is only when we discuss and dive deeper, we realize how many questions we still have about our true nature. Beginner Bharatanatyam (Ages 8+) Our Beginner Bharatanatyam class is designed for dancers with little to no prior experience, this class focuses on building a strong foundation in understanding technique and rhythm. Students will learn the basic steps, or adavus, while developing posture, alignment, and an understanding of rhythm and counts.
